OUR AGENCY

Discover Scandinavia with passionate French-speaking professionals

All our trips are set up and run by a project manager, a specialist in a particular field, and our team evolves according to the nature of the project. Francophones and francophiles, we have lived in Denmark and Sweden for many years.

Passionate about Scandinavian culture, we put our network of knowledge and business contacts in Denmark at your disposal.

Travel, events and private tours in Scandinavia

We organize all types of tours for groups of professionals and individuals. Our team is made up of true Nordic connoisseurs and enthusiasts.

That’s why we can offer you an original program, tailored to your needs and desires. From accommodation to cultural visits, let NORDIC INSITE, your incoming agency in Copenhagen, guide you.

“Don’t hesitate to call us and tell us about your project! Whether you’re a group on a business trip or a discovery tour, tell us about your project and your expectations. We may have already organized a trip of this type, in which case we’ll be happy to provide you with a quick, free quote. If your trip is highly targeted (a Learning Expedition, or a study trip on a particular subject), we’ll send you a quote with a research package.”

FAQ

We answer your questions.

Above all, a call or interview via Teams, WhatsApp, etc… to determine your expectations and desires. Then, depending on the complexity of your project, we’ll make you an offer, with or without a fee. This offer has “drawers”, and we’re going to develop it together until it’s satisfactory for you and for us. Before accepting this offer, we send you a contract specifying the terms and conditions of the service, cancellation and payment. Once the contract has been signed, we move on to invoicing the services.

With regard to the health situation, please note that information may change up to the date of your departure, and we ask you to consult the following websites regularly:
Entering Denmark: https://en.coronasmitte.dk/ travel-rules/covidtravelrules
Entering Sweden: https://polisen.se/en/the- swedish-police/the-coronavirus-and-the-swedish-police/travel-to-and-from-sweden/
At the time of writing, no vaccination scheme or proof of COVID contamination is required for entry into Denmark or Sweden.

It all depends on what you’re looking for…
The best time to visit is from May to September. When May arrives, spring gives the landscape a different look, the days are longer and the landscapes more flowery. Nevertheless, these are the months when hotel services are most in demand and therefore most expensive. These are also the months when the locals themselves are on vacation, so for more authentic experiences, opt for the off-season!
